Psychological Evaluations
The purpose of any psychological evaluation is to determine whether your child meets criteria for a particular diagnosis, such as attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, learning disabilities, or developmental delays.
This process also identifies your child’s strengths, weaknesses, and overall cognitive functioning. Based upon the type of referral, the psychologist evaluating your child will determine the appropriate compilation of standardized measures. This may include intelligence tests, executive functioning tests, memory assessments, and/or social-emotional rating scales.
Once the evaluation is completed, all tests will be scored, interpreted, and integrated into a comprehensive report. During a feedback session, you will have the opportunity to hear the testing results explained, ask questions, and receive further recommendations.

Consultation Overview
The purpose of consultation aims to improve the functioning of not only the client, but strives to facilitate the development of new parent/guardian knowledge and skills. Consultation services are carefully matched to help address, identify, and analyze a specific problem or concern.
While using evidenced-based practices, we will collaborate to create a partnership that emphasizes trust, openness, and cooperation. Consultation offers families the opportunity to enhance outcomes, solve problems, and implement support strategies within their familial and educational systems.
